While submitting a manuscript to NCVPRIPG 2017, authors acknowledge that the work for which the paper is submitted is original and no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference or workshop during the review period. The authors should also make sure that the paper is free of any plagiarism. In case of violation of these regulations, the paper will be rejected without review. Note that submissions of paper which are uploaded only on arXiv, are not considered as dual submission, and such papers are allowed to be submitted to NCVPRIPG 2017.

Reviewing of the submitted papers will be double-­blind. Please submit the paper without providing the author details in the paper or in the supplementary material. In addition, the authors should also make sure that such details are also not being provided indirectly (e.g. self-citations in third person, avoiding acknowledgements, avoiding links to websites which may reveal author identities etc.)
